We currently offer 12 Pacific Park configurations, and while the model codes look similar immediately, there are several significant differences between each model. For example, the difference between our one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts comes down to how the floor plan divides that square footage: the one-bedroom plans give more room to an open living and kitchen area, while the two-bedroom plans carve out a second sleeping space at the cost of some living room floor area. Our team can walk you through which specific model numbers fall into each category and which one best matches how you intend to use the home.

Both lines are built for recreational and vacation use in one- and two-bedroom configurations, but the Pacific Park line is defined by its cathedral ceilings and panoramic bay windows, which give the main living area a more open, light-filled feel.
