We are Brookswood Homes, a family-run manufactured and modular home dealer based in Abbotsford, British Columbia. Since we opened our doors in May of 1971, we have sold and serviced homes built to Canadian Standards Association code, and we still stand behind every home long after the sale is done. Today we work with homebuyers across the Lower Mainland and beyond, from our display lot in Abbotsford to communities throughout the Fraser Valley and the Sunshine Coast.
We started as a small dealership representing a single manufacturer, and we have grown into one of the more established names in BC’s factory-built housing industry without losing the personal touch that got us here. A few of the milestones along the way:
Through all of it, our approach has remained rooted in the service-focused mindset that has gotten us here. We sell homes built in a controlled factory environment, set them up properly once they arrive, and stay ready to support after the keys are handed over. That last part matters more than people expect: a lot of manufactured home dealers move on to the next sale the moment a home leaves the lot, but we service everything we sell.
Factory-built quality, not job-site guesswork. Our manufactured homes are built to CSA Z240 code and our modular homes to CSA A277 code. In plain terms, CSA Z240 governs the construction of the home itself, while CSA A277 certifies the factory process that builds it, so every stage of construction is inspected before the home ever leaves the plant. That controlled environment means no weather delays, no exposed lumber sitting in the rain, and consistent quality from the first stud to the final trim.
A real warranty behind every home. Every manufactured home we sell carries a 10-year structural warranty, so you are covered well beyond the day you move in.
Options that fit how you want to live. Whether you are drawn to a Cornerstone floor plan for a full-time residence, a Pacific Cabin for a getaway property, or a Pacific Park model for its cathedral ceilings and bay windows, you can customize flooring, interior and exterior finishes, roofing shingles, and decor to make the home yours.
