We sell & service manufactured modular homes.
Have you ever wondered what a Brookswood Homes manufactured or modular home looks like on the inside? The photos below are pulled straight from homes we have built, delivered, and serviced for families across British Columbia, from the Cornerstone floor plan line to our Pacific Cabin and Pacific Park models. Every kitchen, living room, exterior, and bathroom you see here reflects the finishes a customer chose, not a showroom mockup, so you can get a real sense of what your own home could look like before you ever step onto our lot in Abbotsford.
Our kitchens are built around the layout our customers cook and gather in, whether that is a full-size island kitchen in a double-wide Cornerstone floor plan or a more compact galley kitchen in a Pacific Cabin. Customers customize their cabinetry, countertop, and hardware finishes to match their taste, from warm wood tones to clean, modern cabinet fronts, and we carry those choices through into the dining area, so the two spaces flow together rather than feeling like separate rooms. Because we build to CSA code and finish everything before the home leaves our facility, the cabinetry, lighting, and flooring you see in these photos are installed and ready on delivery day, not left for a contractor to finish later.
Living rooms in our homes are designed as the space where a family spends their evenings, so we pay close attention to natural light, ceiling height, and finish choices that make the room feel larger than its footprint. Pacific Park homes are known for cathedral ceilings and bay windows that open the living area up, while our Cornerstone plans offer flexible room configurations that let customers choose where the living room sits relative to the kitchen and bedrooms. Flooring, trim, and paint colour are all part of our customization options, so the living rooms pictured here vary from bright and neutral palettes to warmer, wood-accented finishes depending on what the homeowner selected.
The exterior photos show the range of siding, roofing, and colour combinations our customers have chosen, since every home we build can be customized on the outside as well as the inside. Exterior finish choices matter more in our climate than people often expect siding and roofing materials need to hold up to BC’s wet winters and temperature swings, which is part of why we work closely with each customer on exterior selections rather than offering a single standard look. You will see everything from traditional lap siding to more contemporary colour blocking across these homes, along with roofline details and shingle colours that customers have paired to complement their lot and landscaping.
Our bathrooms are finished with the same attention to detail as the rest of the home, from vanity style and countertop material to tile, mirror, and lighting choices. Many of our floor plans include a primary ensuite alongside a second full bathroom, and customers can select finishes that range from a simple, practical layout to a more elevated look with upgraded vanities and fixtures. Because we service everything we sell, the plumbing and fixtures you see in these photos are backed by our team long after moving in, not just at the point of sale.
