We sell & service manufactured modular homes.
Our Pacific Cabins are a practical, affordable way to add a comfortable, finished living space to a vacation property, a family recreational lot, or a piece of rural land you already own. Each cabin is built by Moduline Industries and backed by a structural warranty, and because every unit ships as a complete package, we can usually get you into your cabin faster than a traditional stick-built project would allow. We offer nine Pacific Cabin layouts, so whether you want a compact studio retreat or a two-bedroom cabin that sleeps a full family, we can help you find the floor plan that fits your land and how you plan to use it.
With nine models ranging from a 308-square-foot studio to a full 532-square-foot two-bedroom layout, the right Pacific Cabin depends on how many people will use the space and how you want the interior laid out. Here is how the full line breaks down:

Pacific Cabins are built to CSA Z241 standard used for park models and recreational trailers; they are constructed for real structural durability, not just three-season use. That distinction matters if you are placing a cabin on a recreational lot in the Interior, a family property on the Sunshine Coast, or a rural parcel anywhere else in British Columbia, since your local building requirements and financing options will typically dictate the standards the unit is built to.
We customize every Pacific Cabin at the point of order, including flooring, interior finishes, exterior finishes, roofing shingles, and decor, so the cabin you receive reflects how you intend to use it rather than a fixed factory spec. We service everything we sell, and our team works with you every step of the way, from choosing a floor plan through to life after moving in.
Mike has been a premier sales rep helping me with unit choices and options. His attention to detail and knowledge with such a warm and caring manner was especially meaningful to me during the whole process. He is truly a “champion” representing Moduline Homes with five-star excellence. I will not hesitate in recommending him to others if I have the opportunity. He also deserves recognition for his stellar work ethic and that is why I am so pleased to send this letter of commendation to you today.
Sincerely,
Beth T
“In dealing with Mike Scott, my wife Robin and I found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very helpful with the entire process from introductory questions from us to detailed design and product options available.
Throughout the entire process, we had several questions. Mike was always available and willing to go over them at any time. We made several changes as our knowledge improved and we narrowed in on our final choices and home size and layout. Mike never hesitated to help or deal with last-minute decisions.
We definitely recommend Brookswood Homes and Mike Scott for anyone wanting to consider this style of home.”
Pricing depends on the model you choose and the finishes you select, since every Pacific Cabin is customizable at the point of order. Contact our team for current pricing on the specific floor plan and options you’re considering.
Yes. Pacific Cabins are built to CSA Z241 home code, which is the standard used for both permanent and recreational placements across BC. Your specific site will still need to meet local building and siting requirements, so we recommend checking with your regional district before finalizing your plans.
The Fairmont, Manning, Cascade, and Kootenay all offer 532 square feet with two bedrooms, making them our most family-friendly layouts. The Manning is set up to fit bunk arrangements in the second bedroom for extra sleeping capacity.
Yes. We customize flooring, interior finishes, exterior finishes, roofing shingles, and decor on every Pacific Cabin we sell, so you’re not limited to a single factory-standard look.
Every Pacific Cabin includes our 10-year structural warranty, and we service everything we sell after you move in.
Brookswood Homes will discuss the different financing options available to you.
